Executive Planning Assistant 

Temporary for 6 months initially which may in future become permanent

Part time: 22.5 hours (FTE 37.5)

Salary: £15,519 pro rata (FTE £25,865)

Horsecross Arts is the creative organisation which runs Perth Theatre and Perth Concert Hall. We produce, co-produce and present adventurous programming, unique commissions, critically acclaimed performances by world-class artists and inspiring creative learning activities.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the Chief Executive and the Board. You will have demonstrable experience, a proven track record and ideally a qualification in a relevant field such as HR or office administration. You will have a professional and organised approach, excellent IT, communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a creative and dynamic environment.
