Risk Manager – Interim (MI) BCPP77447

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Risk Manager to help build their risk framework and assist with both reporting and education across the company.

Supporting the delivery of the business plan and strategic priorities, you will support the management and oversight of first line policies, procedures and controls for the management of risk and protect customers, as well as fulfilling regulatory/statutory obligations.

In the role you will assist with the risk event reporting process, maintaining the risk register and building and analysing MI to elicit learning. Responsible for consolidating MI and helping to build scenarios for risk stress testing, you will collaborate with stakeholders and wider teams to embed risk culture, ensuring appropriate training requirements are identified.

With significant experience of financial services (preferably in the asset management sector), you will have a robust understanding of enterprise risk management policies, processes and procedures. In addition, you will have senior level experience of engagement with stakeholders, experience of delivering training and awareness, and ideally, an understanding of financial capital adequacy requirement and impacts of risk.
