Chartered Building Surveyor required by an established chartered property surveyors based in Chichester/Portsmouth area.
Profile -
1. Chartered BUILDING SURVEYOR with minimum 2 years PQE
2. Cad proficient
3. CDM
4. Experience of refurbishment works (commercial and Residential preferably older buildings also)
5. Flood and Fire damage experience.
Ideally but not essential might be:-
6. Party wall work
7. Structural assessments
Other qualities:-
8. Evolving new lines of business and enhancing existing business lines;
9. Working between sister companies in a fluid manner - based between Chichester (West Sussex) and Portsmouth (Hampshire);
10. Self-starter, pro-active and capable of working with an established team
11. Reporting directly to MD but working closely with the established, experienced professionals who.
Location -
1. Chichester and Portsmouth - as such a candidate based in the Bognor Regis, Havant or surrounding areas would be a good match. An average week may be split between the two or based at one or the other.
