Engineering Document and Spares Coordinator

Established, busy Special Purpose Machinery Manufacturer is looking for an Engineering Document and Spares Coordinator.
Working across the company; the main functions of the role are focused as follows: -
* Management of machine spare parts information including: -
* Working with sales to gather information to aid spare part identification.
* Using drawings / manuals etc. to identify spare parts numbers.
* Determining future customer spare part BOM level.
* Cataloguing / photographing all spare parts.
* Production and development of machine manuals including: -
* Production of existing machine manuals.
* Develop manuals to help aid customer spare part identification.
* Management of all aspects of machine shipping documentation from tender through to equipment delivery.
* Carrying out and further develop the customer communication charter to new machine owners to help develop future spares business.
Knowledge and Skills:
* CAD knowledge preferred.
* MRP system knowledge preferred.
* Written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Customer telephone interaction skills.
* Able to read engineering drawings.
* High level of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent problem solver.
Location: Harlow, Essex
Monday to Friday: 40 hours with flexible start - finish times
Salary Guide: GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 pa with free on-site car parking
