Product Development Assistant
Up to GBP20,000pa + Company Benefits

A market leading premium lifestyle brand that set the trends for British fashion and sportswear have a fantastic opportunity for an Product Development Assistant to join their established product development team.
As a Product Development Assistant you will manage the critical path, creating and updating specifications, sourcing new trims, review and check fit comments, liaising with external suppliers and factories, along with reviewing supplier AQL's. You will work very closely with their in-house design and technical teams, reporting directly to the Product Development Manager.
The ideal person must have previous product development or garment technologist experience working at a similar level or completed a one-year work placement for a lifestyle, premium or high street fashion brand. You must have experience managing the critical path, working with overseas factories and external suppliers. You must be proficient using Microsoft Office programs and AS400, have excellent knowledge of garment construction, wash-care labels and the life cycle of a garment.
