We are currently recruiting for an estate agent looking to advance their career with this fantastic opportunity in Maidstone for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator. Base salary is between GBP16,000 - GBP18,000 (D.O.E.) with on target earnings of GBP24,000. Your working week will include a Saturday. You will have experience either working as a Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator within estate agency and be keen to progress your career to the next level.

For this role duties will include:

  • Register applicants.

  • Matching customers needs with available properties.

  • Provide regular feedback on viewings.

  • Dealing with landlords and prospective tenants.

  • Administrative duties.

Key requirements:

  • You must possess a clean UK driving licence and a car. ( generous mileage allowance paid).

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of the area.

  • Presentable appearance and good telephone manner.
