Telesales
Your role is to maximise the sales of the company's goods including computer consumables, stationery, IT hardware and office furniture as we try to distinguish ourselves further within this diverse yet competitive market.
You will increase and develop a customer account base in line with mutually agreed sales targets and key performance indicators.
You will be expected to further strengthen the company stronghold in the office supplies industry via excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as working with both sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction in line with the company's vision and values.
You will be self motivated and enthusiastic with a thirst to boost your earnings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails
* Contacting potential customers to prospect for new business
* Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
* Gaining a clear understanding of customers' requirements
* Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
* Strategically negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
* Being aware of and gathering market and customer information
* Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
* Recording sales and order information and documenting information to your sales director
Daily Activity Expectations include:
* To achieve 2 hours constructive telephone conversation with decision makers within your customer account base per day
* Provide 10 competitive quotes per day
* Validate 20 accounts per day ready for market activity and follow up
* Open an agreed set of new accounts per day (as per sales director)
