Our client, a national provider of insurance for pharmacy owners is seeking a Call Centre Advisor, to develop and maintain their reputation of customer service excellence.
You will be an experienced call centre operative; accustomed to dealing with both inbound and outbound assignments, with a track record of accomplishing sales and service performance against targets. Competent decision making is key, as is the ability to serve as the point of contact, ensuring customers have a full understanding of products purchased or renewed.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to impart great customer service, deal with complaints, and manage any concerns in a professional manner. Previous experience in an insurance environment is desirable but not essential.
