Ambitious Dispute Resolution Lawyer sought for a Legal 500 department in Oxford.
We are actively seeking an experienced lawyer to join a leading firm on a permanent, full-time basis in Oxford. The firm is keen to hear from solicitors and legal executives who have a minimum of three years' PQE and a passion for delivering hands-on personal service to a diverse clientele.
You will also assist with business development, networking and marketing activities for the further growth and development of the firm.
Responsibilities
• Directors, shareholders and partnership disputes
• Commercial and property disputes
• Conducting and/or advising on arbitration and mediation
• Debt litigation and recovery
• Trust litigation
• Commercial contract disputes
• Professional negligence
• Construction disputes
• Business development, networking and marketing
The Candidate
• Ideally, a solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of three years' PQE
• Strong grounding in commercial dispute resolution is essential
• Special knowledge of property litigation law is preferred
• Demonstrate passion, strong work ethos and drive
• Confidently manage high-net-worth cases
• Participate in business development, networking and marketing activities
