About Us 

Founded in 1604, Blundell’s is a co-educational independent school for pupils aged 11 – 18. Boasting excellent facilities and the best in pastoral care, we are committed to providing an outstanding learning experience for all students. 

We are now looking for a part time Boarding House Cleaner to join our team. The working hours for this role are 20 hours per week (exact hours will be discussed at interview).

Your Role 

As a Boarding House Cleaner, you will clean various areas of our School Boarding Houses, as allocated by the Matron. This will include toilets, bathrooms, kitchens and corridors. 

Following health and safety guidelines, you will ensure that allocated areas are cleaned to a high standard. You’ll make sure that the school remains secure by locking-up when you leave the site. 

Additionally, you’ll assist with cleaning projects during the school break, such as spring cleaning and other deep cleaning tasks. 

About You 

Although no experience is necessary, to be considered as a Boarding House Cleaner, you will need: 

- To be friendly and helpful 
- To be eager to learn and get involved
