We’re now looking for an Account Manager to join us in Hersham to manage, retain, grow and support our key client accounts.

The Role 

As an Account Manager, you’ll help some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies to accelerate their brand performance. 

In this important role, you will provide an exceptional level of service to clients, ensuring that our reprint/ePrint services and multichannel engagement solutions meet their requirements and help them to achieve their objectives. 

Joining our Reprints and Multi-Channel Engagement Team, you will:  

- Negotiate costs with publishers/suppliers for reprint/ePrint orders and execute client orders  
- Promote our reprint services and multichannel solutions to new and existing clients  
- Identify upselling opportunities with current and new clients 
- Help to co-ordinate teams to produce content and digital content libraries for clients  
- Support the business in building copyright content driven solutions and services 

About You  

To join us as an Account Manager, you’ll need:  

- Experience of B2B account management and/or managing clients  
- Previous administration, operational and/or logistics experience 
- Strong IT skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint   
- To be highly numerate with solid pricing, data and business analysis and reporting skills   
- A full driving licence and passport  
- A degree level qualification  

Fluency in Spanish, in addition to English, would be highly beneficial to your application.
