The role:

Regional Resourcing Advisor for a Luxury Retailer covering the North area stretching from Manchester to Aberdeen. The role is recruiting Retail staff and Retail Management staff.

Key Accountabilities:

* To identify vacancies and whether they need to be filled internally or externally

* Completing all necessary steps (plan, execute, evaluate) needed to hold a recruitment event

* Keeping in regular contact with business partners, customers & candidates making sure relationships are being fulfilled

* Attending regular meetings to update customers and to share best practice

* To keep all adhoc trackers and paperwork up to date

* Liaising with HRA/Manpower planner to identify issues, priorities and resource

Scope:

* A regional role responsible for more that one site

* Based in one location but travel maybe necessary(not extensive)

* Working closely with the HR, Manpower and Management teams

* Building and maintaining close relationships throughout the business.
