ARC are an established independent recruitment agency based in Ipswich. We are currently seeking a driven individual to work within a team of recruitment and sales people based out of the Ipswich office to generate candidate availability for temporary job opportunities across Suffolk and beyond working in the construction labour and trades sector.
The suitable applicant will be a team player and have a friendly nature not afraid to pick up the phone and build good relationships with candidates and clients alike. They will also be required to think on their feet and work in a fast paced environment providing good customer service.
Responsibilities will include -
* Calling temporary operatives in an effort to match them to available job roles.
* Deal with queries relating to payroll and invoicing.
* Providing an excellent level of customer service to clients in an effort to fulfill their labour requirements often with a quick turnaround.
Skills
* Must have good customer service skills and telephone manner.
* Be able to think on their feet and use own initiative.
* Good basic IT skills.
* Must have the drive and motivation to go the extra mile for the team and the clients.
* General administration skills.
Previous experience within a recruitment agency is not essential as full training will be given.
