This 54-month National Institute for Health Research-funded multi-site trial study involves mixed-methods research to culturally-adapt a current evidence-based model of Family Intervention, refine the therapy manual, develop training and therapy delivery resources and evaluate the clinical and cost-effectiveness of the intervention against usual care.
Post holders will work closely with the Chief Investigator, Dr Dawn Edge at the University of Manchester, and the remainder of the team located in Birmingham, Bristol, London, Nottingham and Southampton.
Knowledge and experience of working with African and Caribbean populations will be advantageous.
