HR Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to join a rapidly growing, friendly analytics team in Oxford. As the HR Assistant you will be responsible for the overall coordination and support of employee development whilst also managing the training facilities within this company. HR Assistant Responsibilities

As the HR Assistant some of your main duties will include:

Recruitment coordination
Onboarding including creating employment contracts, offer letters and updating HR records
Ad-hoc HR administration duties
Coordinating and managing the organisations training courses
Monitoring training programs and also the associated budgets
Marketing available training opportunities to employees
Communicating with trainers, management and team members

HR Assistant Experience

The HR Assistant will have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident interacting with others. You must have excellent time management skills and remain calm under pressure. Anticipating any issues that may arise and acting accordingly will be the key to success. Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain high attention to detail will be vital in this position. The HR Assistant will have previous Training, L&D or HR administration experience.
