About us
We have a great opportunity to join our small family business as a Warehouse Operative. Bute Fasteners have been in business for over 30 years providing industrial fastener solutions for Leicestershire and wider. We are looking for a motivated warehouse operative to join our team.
Key responsibilities
* Fulfilling sales orders
* Receiving and booking in goods
* Coordinating goods despatch
* Continual stock control
* Assisting at trade counter
* Assisting with sales calls and product queries
* Delivery driving
* Daily housekeeping in warehouse
Skills /experience
* Previous warehouse experience preferred
* Previous experience working in Engineering environment desirable
* Sound computer skills
* Good communication skills
* Effective time management
* Proven organisational skills
* Full driving licence
Details
* Permanent contract
* 36.75 hours per week
Monday- Thursday 8.15am-4.30pm
Friday 8.15am -12pm
* 28 days holiday per year
* GBP8.50 per hour
* Free parking
* Due to the nature of our business/product there will be some heavy lifting involved in this role
