Area Cleaning / Grounds Supervisor
The client; is a cleaning provider. The company is currently going through significant growth having won new contracts recently
The role is a Supervisor which involves travelling to various client sites within/ around London to checking on the quality of the work/ service the team are providing. Ensuring the service is of a high quality / meeting the KPI's. The role comes with a company vehicle and fuel card! This is a Monday to Friday role
* Work with the teams to coach, develop and motivate.
* To carry out duties and provide cover for operatives in their absence.
* To supervise a number of grounds maintenance and/or cleaning operatives (mobile and static) to achieve the highest level of maintenance service to the client.
* To effectively carry out site inspections using our in-house IT system.
* Provide reports
* Ability to implement Health and Safety requirements to ensure safe working practices.
* Be prepared to work "hands-on" as and when necessary.
* Traveling / driving to various sites in and around London
Previous experience / skills
* Previous supervision experience ideally gained from the contract cleaning industry
* Customer service orientated communicator / proven relationship building experience
* Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, attention to details and having the ability to cope with competing demands to prioritising tasks
