I have an urgent requirement for a UX Manager join a leading Marketing agency within central London on a permanent basis.
The agency are looking for experienced UX Manager who has the ability to put data and analytics to test, inform and recommend improvements to online customer journeys and user experience.
You will have a clear understanding of:
A/B and multi-variant site testing to continuously improve conversion and user experience at pace.
Identify improvements across device and Omni channel environments and for new and existing customers.
Using customer benefit to prioritise efforts and stories for our development cycles.
Performing user acceptance testing across mobile, online, acquisition.
Using tools, such as Google Analytics, to produce regular reports on site conversion and tests and recommend changes.
