Location: Angel, London.

Salary: Between GBP39,000 and GBP43,000 including benefits and dependent on experience

We are looking for a Fundraising Compliance Manager to help deliver a compliance framework to ensure CRUK's fundraising operates ethically and sustainably. You will ensure CRUK's fundraising is carried out in line with the Fundraising Code of Practice, Gambling Act, Charities Act and other associated fundraising standards, regulations, legislation and guidance. As Fundraising Compliance Manager, you will champion a culture of compliance across the organisation, providing assurance to CRUK's leadership team and ensuring good practice.

• Experience and expertise in working in a compliance/regulatory environment.
• Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate. You will also be a great at building relationships
• Strong implementation skills, including your rigour in development of and adherence to quality assurance frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and ability of bringing a structure to complex problems
• Ability to find creative solutions

To be successful in this role you do not need to have previous charity experience. You may have worked in a compliance environment in a different sector.
