This is a fantastic opportunity for an inhouse recruiter to own the full delivery of an innovative and transformational recruitment solution.
We are Cogito, a talent consultancy which empowers businesses to improve direct hiring, improve candidate quality and increase the return upon investment.
We require a Talent Acquisition Partner to be accountable for permanent recruitment and day-to-day delivery of our of solution through consultative qualification of the recruitment needs with the hiring managers, the development of creative recruitment plans and the effective selection and management of candidates.
You will work closely with, and be supported by, highly experienced Talent Acquisition leaders who will work with you to shape the attraction strategies, assessment tools and candidate experience.
You will be supported by our Bristol based team who will provide you with pipelines of the best candidates and talent insights so that you can enjoy a climate of success.
To be successful, you will have proven experience in the recruitment industry with demonstrable experience of developing excellent relationships with your clients, you will be comfortable working in a KPI environment, be an exceptional communicator and able to provide a consultative and honest service to our candidates and clients.
