Location: Sale (M33)
Salary: GBP18,000 to GBP22,000 + Commission
Our client, one of the UK's leading and fastest growing property investment companies, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Progressor to join their existing team
The role:
* Involves working in a fast paced sales environment, dealing with a large number of investors who have committed to purchasing property and helping them through the legal and mortgage processes.
* This role is suitable for someone who has a strong work ethic, is impeccably well organised and has a good understanding of the legal process for purchasing property and mortgage applications.
Resposibilities:
* Manage a large pipeline of property purchases
* Work closely with external solicitors and mortgage brokers to see through completions as quickly as possible
* Maintain regular contact with the client who is in the process of purchasing a property
* Be extremely organised in tracking and managing the sales progression pipeline
* Regularly report to the company Directors
Skills/Experience:
* Previous sales progression experience or similar is highly advantageous
* Knowledge of the legal process for purchasing property
* An understanding of the mortgage application process
* Excellent organisational skills
* Confident and hard working
