Born out of 6+ years of experience with social data, we enable marketers to go beyond keyword tracking to map brand audiences, track how content spreads and measure the reach of social conversations. Working with some of the world's biggest companies including Facebook, Spotify, Nike, Coca-Cola and Instagram, our client base continues to grow with our U.S launch in early 2017 and a European rollout imminent.

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Executive to join an ambitious young team. The position is fast-paced and dynamic and will require a candidate with excellent communication skills. On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be managing relationships with many of our FTSE 500 clients offering a consultative based solution to ensure all our clients are getting the most out of our platform.

We can offer you real career opportunities with a clear progression path. Expect promotion to senior as early as 9 months with a base increase to GBP37k.

You will be exposed to and work with some of the largest brands, agencies and partners globally. We have a wide variety of clients including: Netflix, Chanel, Twitter, Paramount, Spotify, Heineken, Samsung, Discovery, Facebook, Instagram and Mazda.

The Candidate:

  • 2:1 degree from a top 30 university
  • Ideally some experience in a similar field
  • Excellent communicator
  • Consistently achieved targets
  • Positive attitude
