Warehouse staff required for national parcel distributor based in Dagenham,
Duties will include loading / unloading and sorting parcels, this is a physically demanding role which can involve lifting a few thousand consignments per shift which all vary in size and weight.
Afternoon shifts are 14:30 till midnight
Night Shifts are 01:00 till 09:00
