As a Property Manager you will own a patch of approximately 1200 units which will include leasehold and general needs homes. You will be responsible for ensuring all customers are happy and safe.

Void control, estate inspections, general property management

The ability to think on your feet and take responsibility and ownership for the schemes you will manage
The ability to monitor the financial costs of managing properties and scrutinise service charges would also be desirable
