Role: Business Development Executive (Project Generation team)

Our expert sales team have a number of tiers as part of the sales cycle we provide. This includes a Speed & Intelligence team and Consultants, making room for a new team of 'Project Generation'.

The Project Generation team are responsible for the research and building of relationships with potential new clients, ensuring a healthy and flowing pipeline.

As Business Development Executive, you will gather information such as lease expirations, expand your network into a number of varied industries (i.e. Artificial Intelligence and Pharmaceuticals) and targeting FTSE 100 companies, researching scale-ups with recent funding, and liaising with Commercial Real Estate agents.

We are part of a group of businesses including architecture, investment and charity - although this job role sits within the Interior practice, you will have the opportunities to work across our fellow sectors and building out the portfolios.
