My client is leading Independent Estate Agent. With a team that has a wealth of knowledge in the property sector; their no nonsense approach to house selling along with Traditional values in customer service sets them apart from the competition. In house training within the team has proven members of staff to be absolute masters of there craft.

My client is looking for an Estate Agent who can bring charisma, hard work and who can be a great team player to assist with the running of the office and continue the branch success towards the future

• Smart, well presented and articulate

• You will must be able to take accurate information for valuations and background situations for the vendors to maximise the best customer service which is expected from our client.

• As the sales negotiator you will be required to assist with sales chasing when required and keeping the values of the company.

• Negotiation offers to achieve the best possible price.

• Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment with minimal supervision

• Full UK driving license and car

• Exceptional customer service skills
