This role is an integral member of the Learning and Development Team, which delivers training and development initiatives throughout . Focusing on the administration and coordination of all Learning and Development activity, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of over 20 different learning programmes.

Key Role & Responsibilities

?? As a first point of contact for the Learning and Development Team you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all internal and external contacts. Answering general queries about courses, booking and cancelling places either via email, over the phone or face to face.

?? Daily management of the Learning and Development email inbox. Responding to queries from internal and external customers, as well as third party providers in a timely manner, providing accurate information and advice. When required, forwarding any emails to other colleagues within .

?? Booking employees on to appropriate courses and sending out course booking confirmations via email, providing the relevant information including pre-work.

?? Close monitoring of course spaces and waiting lists, ensuring all courses are at optimum capacity. Working closely with the L&D Advisor and informing them of any arising concerns or issues.

?? Working closely with the HR team to book all new employees on to the relevant induction training in a timely manner.

?? Maintain and promote the eLearning system MAX Learning. Ensuring all new employees have accounts created and the relevant mandatory online training is assigned, and chasing non completions.

?? Efficient printing of all relevant training course materials according to the Print Specification, collating and sending them out to the relevant trainers and venues in a timely manner.

?? Booking of hotel accommodation for employees attending training that fulfil the required criteria.

?? When training courses are being held at Head Office, you will be responsible to set up the training room, greeting and supporting the trainer(s), ensuring that all of the relevant equipment is ready, and adequate refreshments are available. Also providing support throughout the day as and when required.

?? Working closely with internal and external trainers to develop excellent working relationships to ensure courses run smoothly and efficiently.

?? Ordering of catering via our third party catering supplier.

?? Maintaining the training schedule and calendar, ensuring it is always accurate and up to date.

?? To ensure that accurate and up-to-date employee training records are maintained and certificated as appropriate, to ensure robust reporting.
