Plymouth, Devon (with travel to events)
c£17,000 Plus Uncapped Commission (1st year realistic OTE £25,000), Staff Discounts

Our client makes high quality, custom sports clothing and accessories for those who seek out adventure and want to live their lives to the fullest. They are now looking for a Sales and Events Executive to help them grow their business even further.

As a Sales and Events Executive, you’ll be tasked with selling our client’s custom cycling clothing and accessories to customers, as well as being the organisational lead at events.
 
In this diverse role, you’ll learn from a friendly team who strive to have a great time while achieving success. You’ll focus primarily on account management and attending events across the UK and Europe. 

Specific duties include:

- Approaching prospective customers, from the casual weekend warrior to the cycling sage, and promote the benefits of our client’s superb products
- Liaising with existing customers to gain an in-depth understanding of their requirements and liaise with the Production Team to ensure that this is realised
- Planning and attending a calendar of cycling events, shows and exhibitions
- Driving the company van (supplied) to events and exhibitions

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- A full driving licence
 
Professional and customer-focused, as a Sales and Events Executive, you will have great communication, both face to face and on the telephone. You’ll also be a confident networker who can multi-task and manage several accounts at any one time. 
 
Previous sales experience would be beneficial to your application, as would an interest in cycling. Experience of driving a commercial vehicle would also be advantageous.
