Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Bath - Up to GBP24k Basic plus commission

An opportunity to join a well-known, multi branch, independent Estate and Lettings Agency working in their vibrant office situated within the historic City of Bath. My Clients strive to deliver an exemplary level of service to all vendors and purchasers. Offering fantastic earning potential along with industry leading software and training.

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their team. The main responsibilities within this role include:

• Arranging and conducting valuations
• Continued business generation
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Successfully negotiating offers and progressing through to completion

Essential skills

• Current Estate Agency Experience
• Valuations experience
• Excellent presentation and communication Skills
• Well Presented Estate Agency Skills
