We currently have an opportunity for a Trainee/ Graduate Land Buyer – New Business to join our dedicated team in Walton-on-Thames/ London and we really want to hear from you if;

  • You have a qualification in Estate Management or relevant A level passes as well as 2 years relevant experience;
  • The capacity to take on responsibility from day one.
  • You are able to draft reports to support the acquisition of land and appointment of a contractor;
  • The drive and ambition to succeed in an exciting and challenging environment
  • Good levels of communications skills with the necessity to liaise with stakeholders
  • Good time management and ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Ability to solve issues efficiently and effectively.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work as an integral part of a dedicated Development team. You will work with the Senior Land Buyer to identify, appraise, negotiate and acquire land for affordable rents, shared ownership and private sale.
Within this role, you will assist with the appraising of new business opportunities, acquisition of land and contributing towards the effective financial appraisal, cash management flow and management of projects.
