Raising purchase orders, following through to checking the invoices and entering them onto the system.
Paying of suppliers on a weekly/monthly cheque/bacs run
Checking supplier statements.
Daily banking duties including entering payments onto the sales ledger and reconciling banks at month end as well as managing control accounts for banking.
Credit control.

Producing monthly management accounts.
Undertaking stock control at month end -and year end.
General admin duties as required for the CEO.
Weekly & monthly payroll.
HR & pension duties as required.
VAT & Intrastat completion.
Liaising closely with both CEO & Auditors.
System knowledge of Sage 200c, Sage 50 for payroll, Word & Excel.
Proven accounts experience. Good knowledge of VAT & EC sales.
Work efficiently as a team player in a small office.
Manage & prioritise workload in a structured manner
