Accounts & Purchase Ledger Assistant - GBP10,200 - GBP11,400 p.a. The Role: The role will be based in Woolston Grange, Warrington and will be to manage the smooth day-to-day operation of the purchase ledger / accounts department. This will entail: Matching, batching & coding of purchase invoices and sales ledgers and credit control, sending statements, posting and allocating receipts Nominal and sales ledger / credit control processing Ensuring all invoices are appropriately authorised before logging them on to system Checking and reconciling supplier statements Petty cash / Company Card / bank reconciliation Query resolution Any other associated tasks as required
