Professional PA

Ernest Doe is the UK's largest agricultural, construction and ground care machinery dealership, turning over £125m from 19 locations across East Anglia and the South East. 

We have an exciting new position for a professional PA to work with Angus Doe, who is assuming the role of Managing Director in 2019. Whilst the successful candidate will develop the role over time, initial duties will include: supporting Angus’s transition from Service Director to MD; building relationships internally and externally; diary and inbox management; fielding calls; drafting correspondence, documentation and presentations; preparation and minute taking for senior management meetings; etc.

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of business and a minimum of 10 years’ experience at MD/CEO level. Prerequisites for the position are strong people and IT skills, a high level of diplomacy, excellent written and verbal communication, integrity and confidentiality.
