Amnesty International UK, the human rights non-governmental organisation is looking for a Team Leader to manage their private sites fundraising team.

THE JOB:
Hours - Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm, with some flexibility - 40 hours per week
Pay - GBP11.00 per hour starting wage (depending on experience), weekly pay
Team leaders can earn uncapped bonuses.
The Team Leader is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of their team, and will implement changes on the ground to ensure budgeted income targets and KPIs are achieved.
You would be responsible for coaching, training and developing the fundraising skills of the Street Fundraisers.
You would also be responsible for undertaking some administration duties to support field operations.
You would be expected to still hit your own daily fundraising targets, setting a great example with your results and ethical approach.
