Hull College Group is one of the largest further and higher education colleges in the country, offering over 1000 courses to over 18,000 students every year.

We are looking for Examinations Administrators to join us at our site in Harrogate where you will ensure a flexible, efficient and effective administrative function relating to examinations and assessments for the College Group, delivering a responsive and high quality service to all clients. 

Within the role you will be responsible for a case load of student registrations and examination entries, ensuring compliance with the various awarding bodies rules, regulations and deadlines. Securing and monitoring the receipt, issue, collection and despatch of examination papers and materials from the boards, you will input and maintain accurate and timely data relating to examinations and student achievement. You will also be responsible for running and correcting reports as necessary, maintaining an accurate database.

As a successful candidate, you will be qualified to NVQ 2/3 or equivalent in an appropriate subject. With recent experience of working in an office or administration environment, you will have experience of maintaining and processing large quantities of data, including collection and analysis.

Competent in the use of spreadsheets and database processes, you will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and will have an understanding of the Data Protection Act.
