Location: Loughborough

Salary: £16K - £18K

Hours: 08:45 – 17:00

 

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for:-

Customer Service Administrator

Role profile:

  • Carry out customer requests and transactions with accuracy and speed, ensuring that you adhere to policy and procedural guidelines
  • Ensure administration is accurately executed and maintained to ensure customer data is protected
  • Work with other teams and departments to ensure that scheduled duties such as statement production, tax year end and business year end are completed on time and accurately
  • Contribute to generation of sales leads targets across the company’s products
  • Undertake any other duties or projects as and when required

Person profile:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Ability to plan and organise work effectively
  • Team worker but ability to use initiative
  • Good attention to detail

Desired criteria:

  • Previous experience working within finance industry
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Previous customer service experience
