THE ROLE
I am currently working with a multi service, well-respected law firm based in Manchester City Centre. Due to continued growth, the firm are now looking to recruit a RTA CH Fee Earner/Litigator on a permanent, full time basis.
THE CANDIDATE
• Previous experience dealing with Credit Hire claims and RTA
• Experience handling your own caseload of credit hire claims
• Able to negotiate settlement of credit hire claims
• In-depth understanding of court procedure
• Experience dealing with litigated claims to trial in the Small Claims Track, Fast Track and Multi-Track
• Case management experience, excellent communication and IT skills
