* Industry leading GBP30,000 Basic - GBP50,000 OTE
The Next Step Automotive Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Business Manager on behalf of our client, a well-known Dealership Group, for their prestige Cambridgeshire business.
Business Manager - What we are looking for -
Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, the role involves ensuring all customers are made aware of the various funding options and value-added products available to them with their vehicle purchase. You'll motivate and ensure compliance amongst the sales team.
Your skills should include :-
* Exceptional people skills
* An understanding of group/brand expectation
* Solid understanding of Automotive finance/insurance products
* The ability to drive customer-service standards ensuring impeccable CSI results
* Immaculate presentation
Business Manager - Responsibilities -
* Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager
* Working to FCA regulations, promoting and arranging finance and insurance products
* Motivating the Sales team, ensuring maximum exposure to F&I products and add-on sales
* Second-facing each and every customer with a view to providing quotations
* Ensuring that all paperwork is complete and compliant, seeing each deal through to handover
* Stacking deals, assisting the Sales Manager in the general running of the sales team as required
* Deputising for the Sales Manager during periods of absence
Business Manager - Requirements -
* A full driving licence
* FCA accreditation
* Solid and stable Automotive career history with proven F&I results
* Passion for the Automotive industry
* Experience of DMS or CRM systems such as Kerridge, Power or Pinnacle
