The Handyperson will undertake the planned and reactive maintenance at our client site in Aberdeen.
This will include undertaking general maintenance duties including painting, plumbing, carpentry and general repairs. You will be required to set up office suites and build furniture including the moving and dismantling of furniture. You will be expected to deliver a prompt response to emergency situations and be capable of diagnosing faults and preventing further deterioration.
You will liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers to ensure efficient operations with minimal disruption to the client, and ensure that all tasks are undertaken in line with processes and health and safety requirements. It is a requirement of this role that you are a good communicator, with a focus on providing great customer service.
This role is 2 days per week 0(phone number removed) 16 hours per week and there will be flexibility over the hours worked.
ESSENTIAL
Basic skills Painting, Carpentry, Plumbing and Tiling
Experience of working within a Building Services environment
