+ Full Test Rig System design & development services for Software, Hardware, Electrical Systems, Control & Instrumentation, Data Acquisition & Servo Control
+ Hardware & Software In the Loop ( HIL / SIL ) Control System Testing
+ Comprehensive installation, commissioning and on-site support

The Technical Manager Main Duties - wide range & variety of project responsibilities, including:

+ Systems design of hydraulic / electric test rigs / machines to meet customer requirements
+ Systems Design & Test of electrical & electronic closed loop control systems, Digital & Analogue
+ Assisting with the mechanical design of hydraulic / electric based test rigs and machines
+ Responsible for the overall technical requirements for the project from cradle to grave.
+ Interfacing of transducers, control valves & instrumentation
+ Systems integration, test & calibration of control systems

Technical Manager Required Key Skills & Experience:

+ Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering subject or equivalent experience
+ Minimum of 10 years experience in a systems engineering role
+ Extensive knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
+ Closed loop control systems for position, speed, pressure, flow, load, torque.
+ Good software and mechanical engineering knowledge
+ Good customer interfacing skills
+ Industrial PC and/or PLC Systems, Data Acquisition, Transducer interfacing, Safety Systems

Desired Skills & Experience:

+ AutoCAD / Solidworks 
+ Experience in industrial communication systems
+ Experience with motor / servo control panels
+ Experience with analogue systems and instrumentation
+ Working knowledge of Machinery Directive & 17th Edition Wiring Regulations
+ Software C#, LabView
