RES Plumbing Tutor Assessor

Rotherham Education Services supply the RNN Group with flexible temporary workers. We are currently building a pool of workers to teach/assess Plumbing for the RNN Group. Assignments maybe covering sickness or planned absence for a short or long-term period.

Be part of a team helping to develop the next generation of Plumbers. Use your knowledge, skills and experience to create a brighter future for construction. The role involves assessing & supporting level 2 and 3 Plumbing apprentices in the work-place. Updating and developing their portfolios & carrying out on-site performance reviews. Using your report writing skills, you will maintain accurate records of student progress.

The suitable candidates will need to be a confident assessor who can engage with a wide variety of learners and bring the subject matter to life. Candidates will hold a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and an A1/V1 Assessors Award (or equivalent). A Health and Safety Qualification is also desired but not essential. A teaching qualification is also desired or the willingness to work towards one.
