The Opportunity: Senior HR Advisor - Financial Services
The Location: Bracknell
Package:GBP30'000-GBP35'000 plus benefits
The purpose of the position is to provide generalist HR support to the wider business.
On a daily basis the role of Senior HR Advisor will entail:
* Supporting on all ER related matters - absence, performance, timekeeping
* Coaching and developing the management team
* Maintaining and updating the Employee Handbook in line with UK legislation
* Manage all exit interviews and analysing results - feedback to senior management
* Responsible for the maintenance of the in house HRIS system
* Undertaking various HR admin tasks for the site
* Supporting the payroll process (ensuring changes are reported, new starters, leavers)
* Administering the EMI Share Options scheme
Minimum expectations:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR Advisor role
* Flexible, willing to travel where necessary (2/3 regional locations)
* Able to communute to Bracknell office within a sensible commute time/distance
