Administrator / Customer Service 
Up to £20,000 per annum

Our client has an opportunity for a Claims Administration Assistant to join their Claims team in Guildford to support the team in all day to day activities.

Within this position you will deal with queries via telephone and email ensuring accurate information from our customers is gathered and claims prepared for submission to insurers. You will be responsible for uploading data to our software systems and will coordinate & distribute claims in a timely fashion.

They are looking for a highly organised and customer focused individual with excellent attention to detail. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will have strong customer service skills and have the ability to work under pressure supporting requirements from a claims perspective.
