Position: Studio Manager

We are a busy design studio based in Nottingham city centre, we create environments for brands to communicate with their audience, through interior architecture, video and imagery.​

We have a growing client base and require a Studio Manager to join our team, working with some great brands you’ll be part of a select team to make things runs seamlessly.​

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the studio, managing workflow and our team.​

Your job will be to:​

  • Initiating – set up new projects, programming workflow into the studio and manage resources.

  • Planning - Defining roles, setting up meetings and producing schedules. Enforcing deadlines, working within budgets. Sourcing and purchasing. Generating project actions/requirements.

  • Executing - Motivate the team making sure they have everything they need to deliver projects. Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time and on budget. Monitoring and controlling projects alongside our designers and senior team, informing stakeholders / Clients along the way.

  • Delivering – Handing over to client, evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for next projects.

Person Specification:​

You already have an understanding of how a project and studio runs. You are super organised and able to prioritise a varied workload with the ability to be flexible and multi-task between projects.​
