Pure Interims are consulting with an NHS organisation seeking an Interim Project Manager to deliver improvements and efficiencies within Theatre's. The duration of this assignment is 6 months to implement and deliver service improvement objectives. This assignment is outside of IR35.
Duties/Responsibilities
* Project Manage work streams to implement recommendations for theatre utilisation
* Deliver clinical productivity improvements working closely with operational staff and clinicians
* Develop and ensure work streams are embedded into service pathways which support transformation initiatives
* Project Manage service redesigning and enable productivity and improve performance
* Provide leadership and support to operational divisions ensuring robust project controls are in place including project documentations, scheduling of tasks and milestones
* Identify and mitigate any risks ensuring work steams do not effect service delivery and quality
Experience Required
* Relevant NHS operational management experience within an Acute NHS Trust
* Proven NHS experience in acute service transformation within Theatres / Surgery
* Experience in delivering NHS operational performance management targets
