Lucketts Travel have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join their growing team based in Fareham, Hampshire.
Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Salary: GBP18,500 per annum + Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role
The HR Administrator will support and provide a professional administrative service for the HR function. Duties will include but not exclusive to:
- Auditing, maintaining and verifying PeopleHR database, records and documentation
- Managing and coordinating the recruitment process (including DBS), and new starters
- Preparing and coordinating Inductions in partnership with the Training team
- Coordinating Inductions, training courses and arrangements
- Providing HR reports, monitoring and evaluating data - identifying trends
- Supporting line management re employee relations matters
- Leaver process
- General HR administration, and contributing to smarter working practices
About You
We have high expectations of our people, so to be successful you will need to be an outstanding administrator, with a professional "can do" attitude with strong positive people and communication skills. You will be proactive and have a clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality, and data protection. You will possess strong time management and organisational skills, with a critical eye for detail and accuracy.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be used to successfully meeting tight deadlines. You will be a strong proactive team player, but able to work on own initiative. You will possess a calm pragmatic nature especially during challenging times. You will be reliable, willing to go the extra mile, and be committed to supporting and adhering to the company values and standards.
To meet the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration regulations, all applicants must produce evidence of their entitlement to work in the UK. We may also require a DBS check.
