Bell Cornwall Recruitment are currently recruiting for an exciting, dynamic role - for an in-house Events Assistant at a top firm based in Birmingham City Centre.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Setting-up, organising and managing the in-house meeting rooms for both internal & external events

* Liaising with external suppliers and ensuring stock is fully replenished

* Delivering excellent customer services at all times

* Carrying out ad-hoc receptionist duties, including meeting & greeting clients

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Previous exposure in a hospital or professional services environment

* Strong IT skills

* Ability to deliver excellent service to stakeholders of all levels
