This is an excellent opportunity for a Work Scheduler / Planner or an Office Administrator wishing to develop their career. Initially reporting to the Managing Director/Business Owner, we are looking for a forward-thinking Work Scheduler / Planner / Office Administrator. The successful applicant will have the following:

- Excellent telephone manner for dealing with customers and engineers.
- Intermediate to advance IT Skills with a excel spreadsheet bias.
The Works Scheduler / Planner / Office Administrator will be responsible for the day to day scheduling of engineers work and general office administration of the business including:
- Track work in progress (live jobs) and report status.
- Maintain calendars for the labour force.
- Agree and book dates for team to be at a customer’s site.
- Day to day contact with the team.
- Admin duties – compile and collect completed job packs from the engineers and hand over to accounts/customer, general clerical duties and answering telephones.
- Communicate with customers and engineers to coordinate work schedule.
