Customer Excellence Manager - £45,000 to £50,000
Key responsibilities in this role will be to lead the regional customer excellence team towards their set targets, ensuring local customer needs are met together with local managers. Responsible for regional growth and retention of our larger customers, this role will be the forefront in leading customer excellence through account managers, customer service and operations. There will be times where you will be proposing solutions to improve business needs, ensuring proactive termination prevention, analysing customer feedback and have a responsibility to support the resolution of credit control issues that can not be resolved by our accounts department alone.

The right candidate will have a proven track record of high achievement in key account management and show a commitment to personal and customer growth. You will understand the principles of customer profitability and be able to demonstrate knowledge of the main customer industries in your own field.
