Customer Excellence Manager - £45,000 to £50,000 

To support our continued growth and a brand new approach to Customer Experience Management, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Customer Excellence Manager to become head of UK customer service.

About the job:

Key responsibilities include managing and supporting the customer service team within the UK to help hit their targets, making sure customer expectations are met together with local managers. This role will be responsible for UK growth and retention for all our lower value customers, leading customer excellence through customer service and operations with analysis and action setting for the customer segment.

Who are we looking for?

The right candidate will have a proven track record of sales and account management, solid people management experience, signs of commitment and growth, knows customer profitability principles and knowledge of customer needs.
